ABOUT ANTARA
Communication is more than a skill. It is connection, expression, and identity.
Antara delivers highly individualized, client-centred speech and language therapy in environments where clients feel safe and understood. Whether supporting a toddler’s first words, helping a child build literacy skills, or guiding an adult through stuttering or voice therapy, we tailor every session to the client in front of us.
Empathy, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice guide every aspect of care. At Antara, every voice deserves to be heard.

Where We Work
Antara provides therapy in environments where communication naturally occurs:
In-person services are prioritized, especially for young children, to maximize engagement and therapeutic impact.
*All daycare, preschool and school sessions must be approved by the location itself.
For Children
Early intervention is powerful. Sessions are play-based and child-led, incorporating toys, visuals, games, and interactive tools to support growth. Antara creates safe, engaging spaces where children can communicate, explore, and thrive.
For Youth & Adults
Therapy for youths and adults is personalized and strengths-based, addressing challenges such as stuttering, voice disorders, accent modification, and cognitive-communication challenges including attention, memory, and executive functioning.
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Assessment & Reports
Initial consultations and comprehensive evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and detailed reports.
Speech-Language Therapy Sessions
Direct, personalized therapy delivered in-person or virtually when appropriate.
Supervised Speech-Language Therapy Assistant Sessions
Structured and guided sessions provided under SLP supervision.
Coaching & Education
Training for parents, caregivers, early childhood educators, and school staff to support communication development beyond therapy sessions.
Group Therapy
Small group sessions designed to strengthen social communication, language, and peer interaction skills.
Interdisciplinary Referrals
When needed, we collaborate with and refer to trusted professionals such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Consultants to ensure comprehensive care.
“Disha has been amazing for our son. He was struggling with his speech, and she has helped him develop his language to verbalizing full sentences. She has shown a lot of patience when working with him, continues to set new goals, and provides us updates after every session. We are very thankful to have Disha as our sons SLP.”
– Harv B.
“I highly recommend speech therapist Disha. Our family feels very lucky to have found her, and we have seen positive outcomes in our child’s communication skills. She is kind-hearted, supportive, and never money-driven. Through her engaging and participatory sessions, my child has shown significant improvement. We are truly grateful for her dedication and care.”
